π·FAQπ·
What's a "zine"?
A fanzine is a non-professional publication (digital, physical, or both) usually regrouping multiple artworks, fanfictions and other written works around a certain topic or theme. What's this project?
We would like to make a SFW OMORI zine focused on the relationship between Sunny and Basil. The zine will explore a variety of themes, from Sunny and Basil's childhood to their future. Will this be a physical or digital zine? Will this zine be for profit/for charity/free?
We're currently planning to make a physical (+ digital), for-charity zine in A5 format. We will decide on the charity later based on the opinions of our contributors. We would also like to include physical merch. However, all of this will depend on the results of our interest check. The rest of this page assumes that we will be able to make a physical zine. How will contributors be compensated?
All contributors will be guaranteed the digitial version of the zine. Should sales allow, all contributors will have the option of receiving a free copy of the physical zine along with all potential merch, shipping included. Will I be able to apply for the zine if I'm a minor?
All potential contributors will need to be at least 15 years old by the 30th of June, the end of the Contributor Applications period. Will NSFW content be allowed?
We will not be accepting NSFW content. Will other ships be allowed?
Other ships between characters other than Sunny and Basil will be allowed to be alluded to, as long as they aren't the focus.I have another question that isn't answered here!
Please feel free to send us your question on our Tumblr blog, on our Retrospring account, or by mail!
